Role: Service Administrator

Location: Birmingham B11 2AS

Hours: 40 hpw, between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent administrative support? We're looking for a Service Administrator to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all work activities, creating job cards, processing invoices, and updating our internal systems with vehicle details and service history. You will act as a key link between workshops, customers, and management, ensuring compliance with policies and timely completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in call handling and administration is essential, while knowledge of the HGV and waste industry is a plus.
