Terberg Environmental is looking for a qualified and experienced Executive Coordinator to be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing high-level support, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of activities, educating and guiding leaders in productivity tools and overseeing projects and strategic initiatives.
This role will be based in the UK in the offices of Dennis Eagle in Warwick.
The key areas of the role will include:
- Provide comprehensive support to executives, including calendar management, expense reporting, meeting coordination and logistics.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Streamline communications and manage administrative workflows.
- Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organise and maintain executive documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Produce high quality reports, summaries, presentations, organisation charts and other documentation as required.
- Oversee key projects, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution of tasks related to strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement technology-based processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Educate executives and team members on new technologies, tools and best practices.
- Keep up to date with technological advancements through self-learning and attending training in order to share new tools and best practice.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, its goals, and its strategic initiatives.
- Support executives in aligning their activities with the broader business objectives.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in business administration or management or have an equivalent level of education in a similar field. They must have at least 5 years’ experience in an executive coordinator or similar type of role with a proven track record of managing executive priorities in a complex, dynamic organisation. They must have a strong understanding of business operations, corporate governance and executive level decision making.
They must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft office suite of applications as well as co-pilot, Power Bi, Docusign, Power Automate and productivity tools such as project management software.
They must be highly organised, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and a strong capacity for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Fluent spoken & written English is essential.
